The Rise of Other Intelligence
( The End Game of Alien Contact )

There is a group of people cut off from the rest of the world in the past few years, a group of people who are so drastically cut off from the rest of us by their knowledge. When you know, you are in a different place to all those who see their world along side you. It is as we have been people left alone in a theatre, dressed, painted and all reading from the same script for so many years. The lie of the Twentieth Century is the future, where anything is possible as long as it is more of the same.Is it possible in all this controlled drama, we can be touched by something other? That which we say cannot be, has confronted less than one percent of us (by my estimation) non human intelligence. Human development lies in the hands of those who take on new challenges. This next period sees the opportunity of the apparent total freedom for movement in space and time in an ageless possible new environment called the Fourth Dimension. Another universe behind this one that the beings use as a highway.
If our future belongs to anyone, then it will be those who follow these beings back into this Fourth World they inhabit. First through learning, taken from observations and descriptions of events that take place, and then by talking to these beings directly. We can begin to see a way out into an accessible universe unfolding with possibilities. They have told us clues, all objects have intelligence, in a way they think. The stuff that makes everything, is ordered by some divine natural intelligence outside of our control this is not matter, as we know it.
It is made to constantly inter-relate; rearranging waves that warp themselves in relation to each other, patterns of energy as thought. As in all things, to leave here you must create a new knowledge, a more highly organized state of this matter intelligence. The pathfinder to the stars starts within our reach.
This article is not the place to discuss the prototype technology (see Issue 1) on how to deploy a beacon of matter intelligence (a gateway between the two universes or dimensions). We need to return to the sport of interpreting visitor behaviour, to find out how much contact depends on us making the right moves from now on. Now we have new information.
If it is your move when playing a board game, you see the result from each move and use it in your next strategy to win or gain more information from the other players. If alien contact was a board game, you would never see the board or know the game you were playing, you would never see the rule book, and certainly not the other players, nor would you know how the game started or finished. What I am saying is that fiction in film and book form always tells us that a contact is clear and logical. My experience is that visitors lead you by the hand on a path that is always unstructured.
Even through the reality barriers of constant alien flying craft, you will still feel you are having conversations with yourself. A wave of alien contact is like a spotlight trained briefly on key open personalities in a contact group. Never complete contact. Never a conversation of the who we are variety. We know the true player who wishes to contact, has the heart to receive off these intelligence's heightened emotional perception without reassurance or a spoken word.
To get them on the ground requires a gentle landing, quiet descent by an individual or group of aliens who consent to make themselves accessible. To barely breathe the possibilities. In a long period of discussion, it has become known to me, that a great constructive move is afoot to create an object, be it mathematical, a structure, a thought, a colour, or an emotion, that if it were so impossibly linked to the universal intelligence of matter, it would exact on others a compelling need to relate fully to our world and our intelligence. I still look forward to a resolution Listen, we can do this!
